SU carb rebuilding, we can breath new life in your worn SU carbs with a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. We use only the very best parts in SU carb rebuilding. We can also backdate your later model carbs to early model specs. We also will be glad to rebuild and restore your entire carb/intake set up as well (see below).

Replace later poppet valve butterfly with early style solid butterfly, this elminates the possibilty of the poppet valve coming loose and doing severe engine damage, and also increases performance by increasing flow $19.95 per carb.

Crankshaft resizing service. These day it is hard to find someone who will properly regrind your crankshaft. One item often overlooked is the filet radius, this where the crank journal meets the counter weight, there should be a generous radius here to insure you do not experience crankshaft failure which normally can wipe the entire engine out. We can provide a crankshaft service for your crankshaft the includes cleaning, magnafluxing, straightness checking, grinding and polishing to your spec. $165.00
Balance crankshaft to within .5 grams $125.00
